Fish oil – natural 333mg  equiv. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA – omega-3)  60mg  equiv. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA – omega-3) 40mg Evening primrose oil 333mg  equiv. gamma-Linolenic acid (GLA – omega-6) 33.3mg Linseed (Flaxseed) oil 333mg  equiv. Linolenic acid (ALA – omega-3) 165mg  equiv. Linoleic acid (LA – omega-6) 40mg  equiv. Oleic acid (OA – omega-9) 40mg

Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nut, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings or flavourings.

Dose/Directions

Adults - Take 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Children 6 - 12 years - Take 1-2 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Prick the capsule and squeeze the oil into milk or juice. Children 3 - 6 years - Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
